A mini-plant can be allocated at the area of a minimum of 100 m2 (plus area for warehouse). What should you need at the working area? At the working area you should need electric power of 10 kilowatts and a normal room temperature. How many workers do you need? In order to produce 100 m2 of tiles per day you need only 6-8 workers. What does the volume of production depend on? The volume of production depends on the amount of molds, number of production line, the size of the working area and the number of workers. What do you need in order to start your own production using LUXTURE'S Technology? First of all, yon should enter into an agreement with the LUXTURE'S company about the technology transfer (including staff training, selection and tests of raw materials). LUXTURE will deliver the appropriate amount of molds in accordance with your application and will help to provide with standard equipment and additives. What raw materials and in what amounts do you need for production? The Granimitz is made with locally available cement, sand, stone crush. We help you do decide the composition and provide you the special additives and plasticizer's. Where can we view the actual working plant? LUXTURE invites all interested parties to visit its own production plant "LUXTURE EXCLUSIVE" at AJMER- RAJASTHAN. Visit is subject to certain terms and conditions like entering an agreement regarding technology transfer.
